What's with women's dress at work?

All woman want to look hot and sexy for other man so they can feel attractive.

Yea...bring it up to HR and see if you can force a dress code or something. A lot of work places already have one for that kind of reason. ie: no short skirts

I can understand that. But there is no way to bring this up. If you don't want to be distracted then don't let it distract you.
you control what you are thinking and what distracts you.

like a radio (a tool that can be distracting), if you don't pay attention to it,(even though it's hard), if you can train yourself to ignore it, the temptation will not be as strong.

Report it to HR and let them do the dirty work.
