Update: So with what all the girls have said so far is that it doesn't hurt to have abs! so guys you should really start doing those crunches, sit ups, leg lifts, etc.! ;)

i don't like tons of muscle definition. and there's a difference between having abs, and simply being so skinny that you have no fat to cover the abdominal muscles; both looks are unattractive. prefer a not jiggly tummy, but not a washboard, just flat :)
Toned is nice but an average healthy middle is welcome as well. As long as it's not a bowl full of jelly, it's acceptable but preference varies between girls just like it does with guys.
Uhh.. I've dated guys with defined sexy six pack and I always dated a guy who had MORE TO LOVE! I guess it really doesn't matter, it all depend on the girl.
It really doesn't matter that much from what I can tell... a guy that's totally ripped and a guy with a gut can pick up any girl anytime. Confidence is the key in all that, that's what 90% of girls are attracted to.
Thats true, I watch what I eat because my dad has a gut and I promised myself not to let myself get a gut like that! I also don't drink beer, and if I do I go light beer. I preffer mixed drinks because its less calories and you can actually get drunk faster ;)
But yeah I just wanna see what the girls have to say about this because I noticed that a lot of people that go to bars have guts and girls don't seem to mind too much. - More than a year ago
You are at a dinner with her, have just walked into an interview or are at a first date with the best looking guy and there, your top two shirt buttons have snapped, or the pants you were wearing...
