Seriously though, what ebs was saying sounds cool - you could also try wearing black ones with cut outs on top of them - that could make some interesting looks

You could wear white leggings under a jean skirt, or maybe with a long shirt that is a bright color, that would be cute! I think once the spring comes, white leggings won't be hard to pull off.
