Where do you get your fashion / outfit ideas from?

I don't really get my fashion sense from movies or magazines. I just walk into a store and start sorting things in my head. I'm heavy on winter fashion clothes. I got about 7 winter jackets and I'm still not comfty with that. I also love beanies.

Sometimes I'll see a piece on websites or the store and get inspired to create it in another way

I might be watching a movie/tv show and be like wow I like how she/he did that. I get some of my inspiration from guys too

I look at Vogue, Glamour magazine and the website, link and what celebrites are doing. I don't like copying entire outfits but sometimes I'll like a piece and then look for a lower priced version of it, or I may want to try something new. Inspiration is everywhere

I really hate to look like every other person walking down the street but I also love to look fashionable and put together, so I pay attention to what's in the mall windows and pretty much completely avoid those looks. Pieces here and there are okay but who wants to be a walking mannequin? I usually check out Lucky magazine. They have a month's worth of example outfits they make out of only a hundred or so pieces so it's all mix and match. Some of them are mega cute and easy to do with your basics and only a couple new accesories and some are ridiculous and runway and you have to take those with a grain of salt.

I don't really follow anyone's sense of style but my own, though sometimes I try to get tips from the show What Not to Wear on TLC. Most of the time when shopping, I just grab whatever catches my eye, try them on, and see which clothes flatter my figure best, which colors look best on me, which patterns are best suited to me, and if I like the overall fit and the way it hangs on me. I mostly shop at Papaya, Wet Seal, New York & Company, Choice, or any other place where I see something I like.

i really like classic clothes. I like to look nice. I shop at H&M and Urban Outfitters a lot. Also Forever 21. really, I love shopping!

Bohemian like and very comfortable. I like a lot of skirts and tube tops since it's hot out now.

i don't get ideas persay from anyone or anything really I just pick things out I like where-ever I go and if I like how it looks I yoink it
i mostly shop at cheaper places like old navy and jcpenny places like that
id really love to shop at boutiques and stuff but its usually really expensive but if I were to get ideas from anyone it'd probably be katy perry because I love her vintage style
