• Check your spelling and grammar for any errors
• Do NOT type your question all CAPS
• Add details to your profile so that members can get to know you and want to help
• Answer other users' questions to increase the visibility of your profile as well as your experience points
• Be specific about the question you are asking or advice you are seeking
• Give clear details about your question so members can better help you, don't make it too long
• Have a unique profile picture to draw attention to your post
