Would you date and marry a good man who just existed? Would a man working and going to church be enough for you?

This man loves God and tries to be like Christ. Would you date and marry a good man who just existed? Would a man working and going to church be enough for you? If you would want more, what would this man have to improve or change? What would he have to do and or be?

  • I don't think it would be a problem. The only thing is that he should be able to keep his woman interested. Like taking her out to dinner or even a walk in the park.

  • Even Christ didn't just exist. He lived and died so we may have life and live it abundantly. So just existing isn't a good sign Christian or not.

  • A man who truly tries to be like Christ seeks the anointing of God and lives and breathes the Holy Spirit. He does not "just exist".

    • This, right here. Christians aren't called to slap a label on themselves, doing the bare minimum, but to thrive! We're called to higher standards than "just existing." If you've been born again, you should be living a life pleasing to the Lord, making a difference with people. Look at Matthew 3:8 and 7:20.

What Guys Said 1

  • By "just existed", do you mean all you do is work and go to church?

    • He mainly works and goes to church. He is involved at church. He goes to the movies and out to eat once a month.
