How to stop having psychotic breaks?

Seriously, every time I start having a breakdown it's around this time, and they're always really bad. It usually starts with me posting something here and going on a half delusional rant, and then I start getting paranoid and depressed and angry all at once. Honestly, I think if I do kill myself it'd probably be sometime between 10pm and 2 am, because that's when I'm at my worst. How do I stop it?

  • Are they manic due to stress? Panic attack could also be a problem.
