I started going grey when I was 19 and now at 28 I am nearly fully grey. Is this a bad thing? It embarasses me to be honest.

Hair dye is your friend. Premature runs in my family, my grandfather and my mom (his daughter) and I were all grey by 35, with my first white hairs at 19. I was white at around 47. I still have people saying I look 15 years younger than my real age (with dye), but without the dye, I look older than my age. This is fixable. My mom died her hair until about a month before her death. My grandfather kept his black through about 55 or so, and then went to full salt and pepper at 70. Don't let it get to you. Fix it.0
