Honestly the best I can tell you is to lose yourself in your interests. I'm dealing with a bad breakup right now where I was lied to and cheated on for a majority of the time we were together and I'm dealing by focusing on my hobbies.
It's ages old but is so true. It sounds weak and is the toughest thing to do. TIME is the only healer as with all grief. How you make it pass is all you can influence. Interests hobbies and seeing family and friends. Iam sorry for your loss but this will pass.
