I used to be very calm and organized. But i grew up with my mom and sister and they both were emotionally unstable and they used to create a lot of drama, so because of that i used to stress a lot never knowing when to expect, like if i did something wrong in their eyes, i was expect to fix it with a lot of yelling and screaming and cursing, and my sister wouldn't leave me alone. As a result as an dult i am very on edge and i tend to overlook things and i dont like to sit still, its like i always have a feeling someone is going to ruin it for me or i feel unstable... how can i fix it and become like me again?
How can I become this calm person again?
