I'm feeling so bummed today, How can I get out of this feeling?

My friends are bailing on me left and right with the stupidest excuses.. Guy that I really like did the same thing, and I can't get him out of my mind and it has been a month now.

I'm also dealing with the stress of being in a 90 day probation at work and they hiring a new girl, so it's just stressful. I then got accepted to a school in UK and I need to make it happen financially. It's just stressful times. sigh.

  • You should find ways to de-stress yourself. Go for a walk in the park, exercise, or play some sport you enjoy

  • Exercise! Go for a walk/jog/run, listen to some music or just enjoy the sounds of nature (or the city, if that's where you are)

  • Do something for yourself - something you enjoy. Go for a walk or a bike ride, sit in the bathtub and drink wine and read a book.
