Diet is literally everything man whether you want to thin up or get larger. Body building requires a surplus of calories, thinning requires a slight deficit (not too much because this will actually cause your body to turn everything into fat because it thinks it may not have a chance to eat again). Use the 90/10 rule when choosing your diet. This means you achieve your daily caloric need with healthy food ninety percent of the month, and then ten percent of the month you cheat and eat McDonald's or whatever your personal crack is.
Honestly though, man you don't look bad (no homo). The dating game is still eighty percent confidence for average men.0
