Structured conversations/sms worth it?

What do you think about structured text messages etc. ?

Eg Name,greeting,statement/info, then question

Guy:

Lisa, hey! Let’s figure out a time to grab a bite. How’s this weekend looking for you?

Girl:

This weekend’s okay, sure! How are you?

Guy:

I’m good! Why don’t we do Saturday at one PM? We can meet at Main St Station Exit 2 and go from there. Cool?

Girl:

Okay!

Guy:

Awesome. See you Sat ;)
