Cam can't be stopped. He wins again despite OBJ's antics lol.
Their socks are pretty but I'm a Bears fan
Is Jay Cutler still playing for them? LOL! He at one time had the potential of being elite. Now I don't know what he is lol.
Of course he still plays for them! He is gorgeous! 😍
You think he's hot? lol. He'll never be elite, but hey maybe the Bears will one day be good again. Forte was a good RB, but he stayed hurt all the time.
Yes I do! I have good taste😊 I think Forte is good. I'm not sure what the Bears have to do to get themselves going but I'm still a fan🐻👏
Oh that's great. Stick with your team. To me people like you are true fans. I'm a Eagles fan and even though we have a losing record we have a chance for the playoffs.
Yep! It'll happen. That's how you gotta be. It may take forever but it's bound to happen😊
Have an opinion?
sexy ass cam newton :p
Yeah chicks seem to dig him.
obj is a bitch!!!
Did you see him hit Norman in the head with his helmet? He should have got ejected for that and later fined. Big no no in the NFL.
i mean i'm a cowboys fan so the giants organization sucks chode, but yeah, it doesn't really surprise me. he can make a 1 hand back handed catch, but drops a 2 handed wide open pass with no defender in sight with 2 hands.
I'm a Eagles fan so I don't like the Giants either lol. I think OBJ is top 5 best WR in the league, and I'm fine with all the pushing and shoving because Norman did some of that too. However, that hit to the helmet was too much. Plain and simple.
he also went to lsu and was the biggest waste there. not his fault. mettenberger and jennings were straight up ass (i'm a vols fan, btw). it's like having a ferrari, but you don't know how to drive... also, norman wasn't that bad. he's a press corner. his entire job is to jam you at the line of scrimmage (which is legal). and good luck tonight... y'all are gonna get your ass smashed :D
Your comparison makes sense. OBJ really is like a Lambo or Rari that's hard to drive. I think Eli understands him somewhat though. They have a good connection there. Eli still isn't the Eli of old though. That's true about Norman. He did an excellent job against OBJ. OBJ just played well in the 2nd half.I hope we win. We have a chance for the playoffs. We beat Brady so we feeling pretty good right now I think lol.
no, i meant strictly the fact that in college, mettenberger and jennings couldn't throw. like, i've literally seen high school and fcs qbs who could throw better than either of them. he never really developed his skills cause they had no deep ball threat (neither qb could throw over 10 yards) and they were extremely inaccurate. no one ever really had to gameplan for him or jarvis landry cause they ran the ball 95% of the time. now that he's getting doubled off the line, he gets pissy about it. i wouldn't call it a great 2nd half. i mean he had 2 good plays and that's about it.yeah, but that was mostly on special teams and defense... that doesn't happen a lot. but i was so fucking happy when y'all won, although y'all tried to lose the game. also, y'all are losing and sam bradford just got hurt... but what else it new :/
I see. Yeah I guess you're right, but they were big plays. Important for the Giants. Well the Eagles are regarded as having one of the best special teams in the league. The defense is ehh. They can rush the passer though and they did that against Brady. They hit his ass all night. What really did him in is the receivers. He's got shitty receivers out there without Gronk (who basically is a receiver) and Julius or Julian whichever his name is. You know who I'm talking about though. Bradford is back out there and the Eagles put up 3 points. by the way how are the Cowboys doing? :/ At least they have a chance to make the playoffs.
Romo ain't going to last long himself. I'd give him another year. Not three years though. Better start looking for a new QB.
yeah, the special teams is great, but it only gets you so far in a game and you can't rely on it to win games. but yeawe got eliminated officially last night when we lost to the jets. romo has about 3 years left. he could probably be a backup like hasselbeck. we probably will draft a qb this year. i love kellen more, but there are such good prospects coming out. i figure if the texans try to trade up, they'll go for my boy hackenberg, lynch will probably top 3 along with goff. the kid from western kentucky is good, carson wentz out of north dakota state is a beast. and i think the qb from kentucky might be a 2nd round pick and he's pretty underrated. then you have jones, cook, boykin, prescott, kessler and mayfield of course who could all be taken in the mid rounds too. but because there are so many, i think we're going running back 1st round cause there are like 6 or 7 good ones.
The Eagles have relied on them multiple times and won those games going back to last year. I do think you need all phases to be good though. This is why the Panthers are undefeated. I wouldn't say 3 years. I say maybe 2, but hey just opinions. 3 is reasonable too, but I just think he'll be gone sooner.Really? I thought this year was a shortage in QBs. I guess things have changed. In any case the Cowboys got probably two or three years to look so even if they don't get something this year they could next year.
Or I mean even if they don't get someone in 2016 they could try 2017.
yeah, but special teams % effectiveness barring kicking yardage is significantly less important than off and def effectiveness. i'd rather have good o and d than special teamsi mean a lot of people think some of these guys are overrated, however, i think a lot of them will be pretty good. like, i think wentz and the kid out of western kentucky will be ballers. a lot of people fell off of hackenberg cause he hasn't really produced, but the team was terrible because of the sandusky thing. cook, hogan and beathard are underrated. they run a pro i so they don't throw a lot, but they can ball. the only ones i think are overrated are mayfield and maybe kessler. i mean romo isn't really that old. he's 35. at about 37/38 is when the huge dropoff happens. carson palmer is 35 and is having an mvp season. i think we should go the green bay route. steal a qb, develop him a few years and then start him. we already have a good o line, good receivers and a decent defense
The big plays the Eagles consistently make make a difference. Be it getting fumbles which are more opportunities to score. Be it putting the opposing team further back. Be it running for a TD (which Sproles can and has done). Be it keeping the opposing team from getting the ball back off a onside kick (happened with Cooper and the Patriots). Stuff like that makes a big difference. People overlook special teams, but they are just as important as offense and defense in my view. Even Belichick takes it seriously. I think he was pissed about what happened. I'm sure he was. Every aspect of the game is important.Well duh of course you'd rather have a good o and d than special teams. That's two aspects of the game vs one.Oh yeah Penn State actually is pretty good aren't they? I don't really keep up with college football. I'm actually more of a basketball fan lol. He's not old but injuries can add years to your life. Even if no injuries at all. A clean slate.
Even if the QB has had no injuries his entire career at around 37 or 38 there's usually a big dropoff, so the point is no matter what Romo probably won't be lasting too much longer. He's 35? In two years he's 37 like I said before. That's giving him the benefit of the doubt considering he's had so many injuries. Then again Palmer and Brady are having great seasons and they are both old yeah. Still Romo for sure isn't Brady and Palmer he might at one time was as good as him, but I think Palmer overall has always been the better QB. Yeah that's ideal for most teams. Develop a QB into what you want.
yeah, they extremely important, but percentage wise, not a difference maker beyond the conventional protecting the ball, not coughing it up and flipping the field. it's still extremely important, but controlling the line of scrimmage is the most important part of the game. having a bad line hurts more than anything. you have around 60-65 (120-130 total) plays per game. you have around 11-12 series per game. automatically, you're looking at a 5-1 off/def to special teams differential. only 3 teams have 3 tds off of special teams for the entire season (eagles have 0). 17th and 21st in kickoff and punt return yardage, and no higher than 27th in avg return yardage. and onside kick recovery % is 14% this season (philly is 0-1).they're decent, but they're definitely rebuilding. i love college basketball, but my team has sucked ever since pearl got fired for no reason. who's your team?his ribs are fine and a shoulder break on your non throwing arm isn't that bad. better than back injuries
palmer had an acl which is a season ender. a shoulder injury is a 2 month layoff. it doesn't affect you nearly as much as a leg or back... trust me. i've fucked up my back and legs and arm. a broken shoulder (i had mine separated) and i'd take that 5 times over before getting my legs blown out or back broken. ribs, might be another thing since i've never broken them, but he hasn't hurt them since a few years ago.
That's not true. Sproles ran a TD back in the Patriots game. They didn't recover the onside kick in the Patriots game but the swatted the ball and it went out of bounds and thus giving them the ball automatically. So really they are 1-1. I guess the difference is the big plays. They make big plays when it matters. It's like a QB who has a low passer rating but keeps making outside bombs to the endzone. I think all the teams in the NFC Least are rebuilding. BRO!!! Why? Why did they get rid of Pearl? I mean I know why but that was so foolish. They'll never be the same again. Pearl was too good. They can't replace him. He had the best zone when he was coaching. Remember Chism? He was a good player. Man I miss ol Pearl. Sucks man. Sucks.Anyway, I'm a Tar Heels fan. We lost to Texas not too long ago, but I mean Texas is the richest university in the USA. The refs always favor them. Everything is a foul when you play Texas.
And they still barely won despite that. Anyway, the Tar Heels are ranked like 11 right now I believe. They were number 1 for a while. I think there aren't any great teams out there. Just a lot of good ones. Still they have a chance to make the final four.Romo will always have a back problem though won't he? I mean you mess up those disks back there and it's never really right after that. It still doesn't change the fact that he's fragile now. Just because he's out there doesn't mean he isn't. Bradford is fragile too... he's just not 35 years old. So long Romo stays protected he'll last another year or two in my view.
oops, that was punt and kick return defense :/. my b... either way, the 1st half of the statement still standswww.sportingcharts.com/.../no, not really. y'all need a qb, probably better corners and a running back. the redskins have no idea what the hell they're doing. the giants need to sort of rebuild and we just need to retool. jason witten is almost done and the other stuff i saidpearl got fired because the ad was an ass. pearl had an illegal party with aaron craft, that annoying shit who played for osu. the ad panicked and thought we would get post season banned so he thought it was smart to just fire him despite the fact that he was the best coach we've ever had.i saw that shit. texas is my 2nd favorite team... sorry fam :D. i'm also a quasi duke fan to make it even worse. i was gonna go there until i visited the school and hated it. but i can't just magically go from duke to unc. and i follow college ball too, don't worry. i've been paying attention to y'all.
like, i played sports like ultimate frisbee and rugby when i had a partially torn acl and bad back and ankles. i ran track for 10 years and screwed up my knees and ankles and my back. i ironically didn't really get that hurt in football. it's not the actual abuse you take when playing the sport after you recover. the problem is when you're done and not playing, 5 or 6 years later you can't lay in a bed, sit in a chair and/or stand for a while without your back or knee hurting. that's the part that sucks.
and just think, i got my back, knees and ankles fucked up from running track. these dudes are getting fucked up from getting hit by 300lb linemen
When was this made? Because www.bleedinggreennation.com/.../eagles-vs-patriots-final-score-philadelphia-new-england-upset-35-28-tom-brady-chip-kellyGo to the very end. Patriots should be 3-2 when it comes to onside kicks. No the Eagles have good RBs. Murray isn't good for this offense, but Matthews is legit. He's just been hurt. Sproles is till good though he's getting older. I think he'll be fine for another three years. Not only that but they have a rookie RB who's at least so-so. He doesn't get the ball much. QB yes of course the Eagles need another one but so do the Cowboys and at this point. Giants are straight (though Eli hasn't really be the same in a while there are flashes of greatness sometimes) and the Skins have Cousins who's at least so-so decent though he needs to improve a lot. The corners need to improve, but they've been doing that. Last year the Eagles had probably the worst secondary in the league. This year they are either 3rd of the way worst or mid way. Not horrible like last season. In this past offseason they picked up a bunch of DBs. I mean a lot.
They had probably around what 12 DBs? They had a lot to pick from and they picked the best from the group. They also picked up Maxwell from the Seahawks. So yeah they still aren't there yet, but way better than last year. I think it's rebuilding time for every team in the NFC east. I mean yeah the Cowboys have a good line. Good defense. A offensive weapon or two. I don't like Mcfadden though. He'll be alright with that line, but he's not that great of a RB. Just my opinion. I know people like him, but ehh. I would have kept Randle. I think he's the better back, but that's just me. Yeah I know why. They were at a cook out. I'm saying that's so ridiculous though and it's unfair. The Tar Heels get in trouble for so much shit and they don't do anything about it. Yet the Vols do something small like that and they are all over Pearl. It's sad man. It shows you that the school in question matters. Again this is a Tar Heel fan saying that about the Tar Heels lol.
Hey man. I secretly kinda like Duke just because they are from the same state, but still I'll always be a UNC fan. Hey Texas is going to be good though. I shouldn't completely discredit them. They got Shaka now and he's a mastermind. Teams beware because they will be good.
Yeah that's true about the injury stuff. I twisted my ankle playing basketball and it hurts sometimes still.
I don't know... i just typed in "onside kick percentage 2015" and "special teams stats 2015"... i'll take your word for it being right. but still, besides field position flipping, it's still not that important. that's not to say that that in of itself isn't important because it's almost as important as controlling the line of scrimmage, but relying on being able to generate turnovers and tds on special teams is like relying on a full court shot in basketball to win games.i mean randle wasn't that good. he was decent last year cause he was a great option back. mcfadden is a power back who fits our system.blasphemy!!! well, at least you're not a state fan, i guess. did you go to unc, btw?i mean i'm not nearly as huge of a texas fan as i am a vols fan. they're my 2nd favorite team, but they just happen to be my big 12 team. but yeah, i love shaka. now hopefully the football team can get their shit together.
Onside kicking? Well when it's the end of the game and the other team needs to ball to try to win the game it's important. Hence why I said "big plays". I'm not saying you want to rely on it. I think teams should rely on all aspects. Special teams, offense, and defense. That's what I'm saying. Why not be good in all categories? And again all a win says is a win. It doesn't say how. In some wins special teams were vital because they scored that winning touchdown or took care of the ball at the end of the game without fumbling it. Made a key tackle that stopped that last chance of them scoring.. off a kick off.No. Full court shots aren't a big part of the game. There are assignments made for special teams just like there are for offense and defense. If you want to compare it to something in basketball then it's like maybe defensive rebounding. Some people would say just playing defense and offense is enough, but usually if teams can get 2nd chance points it's hard for the
other team to still win. That's your view and that's fine, but to me Darren is only good if you give him space at the line of scrimmage. He won't make that first man miss if that first man blocks the hole. You have to give him a yard or two to get going and then he can do some damage. I think any back works behind that line lol. It's just I would have preferred Randle over Darren, and it's not a Cowboys Eagles thing either. I didn't think he was that great for the Raiders either, but hey maybe I'm wrong. I don't know.No I don't. I've been on their campus multiple times though. I worked there. I've been to Duke one time in HS. Yeah I don't understand what's going on with the football team. I thought that's supposed to be their best sport? I've heard in Texas football is crazy. Like even the middle school and high school level is out of this world.
well, i compared it to a full court shot due to the sheer rarity. you have more rebounds, free throws, etc than special teams opportunities and counts more for the team than a special teams play. that's why i compared them to each other.that's my point. he's a power back. our line is designed for power runs and dominating the line. we aren't built to run a spread. that's why the demarco pickup didn't make any sense for y'all or him. mcfadden is that type of runner. he's good... if he can stay healthy. he's had like 5 straight 100 yard games. he had it in gb with 9 carries. also he played for the raiders. give him a little slack. that's like judging a player for playing on the browns. everything about them is dysfunctional :Dwhere are you from and what school did you end up going to? i'm from nj, but ended up going to high point u.yeah. they kinda collapse after mccoy, shipley and about 1/2 of the key players left and were rebuilding ever since. ashe and the other qbs were scrubs
Yeah but field position is so very important in football. It's a difference getting first down after first down from the 10 yard line as opposed to the 30 yard line. You'd basically have to get three extra first downs.Randle is a power back too and he doesn't need the free yard or two. He just can't do as much damage once he gets going as Darren. I don't think he's good. He didn't do shit with the Raiders. He's doing good with the Cowboys because the line is good. Like I said any typical back can run behind that. That's my point though. The Raiders had a shitty line. Lucky for us we can look at how he plays without and with a line. He plays well with a line and not well without it. My point exactly. There are plenty of backs who can still do decent at the line of scrimmage without a good line. Still y'all have something that works for y'all so...Whaaaat! You went to HPU? That's a great school from what I heard.
Hard to get into that school. You must be smart. I'm from NC. I just went to a technical school. They got a new coach too don't they? He's only been there like for a few years right?
yeah, i know. i couldn't think of a better example. i tried to. i almost used free throws, but people like james harden literally live at the free throw line and depends more on the ref than actual ability to make free throws.randle kinda is, but he's not an every down back. like, he's good for certain situations, but we struggled a lot running with him in the backfield. we basically had to go from running to doing slip screens or shovel checkdowns cause he'd get stuffed so much. plus it didn't help he kept getting arrested. also, i'm not gonna completely knock mcfadden for that. all rbs need an o line. and having a good o line doesn't completely make you a better back... again, look at randle and ask trent richardson hahaha!memes.doublie.com/.../Richardson-2.jpgyeah. i went there only cause i flipped a coin and landed heads twice. it was between that and unc wilmington. i'm also retarded and forgot to apply to clemson, rice and vanderbilt which also made my decision easier :D. but yeah, i loved and miss hpu a lot :)
I don't know how hard it could be... they accepted me hahahahaha!!! :Dyeah, charlie strong is their coach. he's ok, but they are doing serious rebuilding. they haven't been 500+ since mac brown's 2nd to last year.
Yeah LMAO!!! James Harden ahahahahaha. You're right. I guess a majority of his time is spent with free throw practice. That meme has me dying XD.You could have went to Clemson or Vandy? Woow bro. You must be rather intelligent then. That's all I could figure. My cousin is going there now. She's really smart. Damn! That can't be good for the Texas fans. I know they are losing their minds lol.
yeah, i actually liked that dude in okc, but then he just annoying really quickly. like someone that good shouldn't be doing this 15x a gamehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EOYSzVLQycthat's one of my favorite memes.yeah. i actually got some offers to go to those 2. i wanted to do engineering. plus, i know the ad at clemson. but junior year, i was still looking to get recruited for track and neither of them have track teams. i'm smart, but i got pretty average grades mainly because i didn't try in school. i mean i did, but i never studied. which one is she going to and does she like it?yeah, they finished 4-8 (or 5-7, i forget. they ended up beating baylor).
Yeah he's gotta be the best con artist in the league. Clemson has a good engineering program I think, but I didn't know that they don't have a track team. I thought they would. HPU. I can't remember what she's going there for, but yeah she seems to like it.
wanna know the biggest bitch? i didn't even major in engineering and i decided i wouldn't do track either :/, but whatever :D. yeah, thank title ix for that...do you know what year she is? i'm trying to find out in the least possible creepy way if i might know her :|
Who? Oh. Lol.Nah I don't. I think freshman or sophomore though.
