What Girls Said 21

  • Lol.

Even if you don't, it should be pretty damn obvious from a glance at the physical shapes of the objects.

    • By the way, my daughter (7yo) identified the top item as an iPhone case.
      www.trait-tech.com/.../...te-Case-for-iPhone-4.jpg

Yep. She went there. A 7-year-old. Well, she's almost 8.

By the way, do any of y'all whippersnappers know why radio buttons on the internet are called "radio buttons"? That's, like, serious old-fart shit. LOL

    • My children know what it is because I still have a double deck at home and another in my (nearly classic) Toyota.

  • A tape

What Guys Said 31

  • Oh man... I had some battles with cassettes over the years. And the tape would always get a crease in it and fuck up the sound in some spots. Brutal. And to think we thought CDs were the answer to our troubles😂😂😂

Reminds me of the first Nas album...

  • I still use both! An audio cassette can be wound by sticking a pencil through one of the spools. It must be a hexagonal pencil for best traction.

    • Actually, it's useful when the tape spills out of the cassette. There's no way any tape player could wind it all back in safely!

  • Yep, when your boombox eats the tape gotta go get a pencil to wind it back inside. Using your pinky hurts after awhile.

I grew up listening to my dad's 1968 McIntosh and his direct drive Technique turn table.

  • Yes, you look through the two holes of the cassette tape and someone pokes your eye out with the pencil.

  • I'm 18 and I know the link. You could also use your little finger and spic the cassette around. But the pencil or biro works better.

I think it's mainly kids born after 1998/2000. Of course there are exceptions!
