How do you usually fix your sleep cycle when it's messed up?

I slept and 5pm and woke up at 10:30pm today. This has been going on for the past few days and I don't know what to do.

  • As long as you use a sleep calculator you should be fine. I sleep anywhere from 8 hours to 3 hours every night, it varies depending on whether I'm too bored to stay up or not, as well as when I have to wake up.

    I can "get by" on almost any amount of sleep, as long as I complete two sleep cycles (90 mins each). I haven't found a noticeable difference in my mood or anything if I get 4 hours versus 8 hours.

  • force yourself to stay awake until normal bedtime

  • what i did was pull a all nighter then go to sleep at the time you want to go to sleep and set alarms when you want to wake up ps i got 8 hours sleep for the first time in 2 weeks last night so prob not a good idea to set a to small sleep window
