  • You layer it on, keep it thinner of near the tear duct, make it distinctive on the lashline of both top and bottom, to wing it you eyeliner it out of the top eyelind go past the eyeball, then do the same of the bottom part near the end of the eye.
Make sure the eyeliner is blackest black, and if you have smudges out of the eye range just get a cotton tip and swipe it. It would look defined more if you didn't use the brush back of the eyeliner to smudge it.
If you still have trouble, look it on YouTube.

  • I do the actual liner first on the eyes and then the wing. I heard using a spoon helps. You put the spoon to your eye (the inside faces your eye) and them trace the wing using the edge of the spoon.

  • Practice, practice, practice!! I use a liquid liner that is easy to remove in case I make a mistake, but maybe try a gel liner first? It's easier to control. Then just do a thin line following the lash line and then stop. With a separate line extend the bottom eyelid with a line to create the wing. And then join them together. You can use tape to try and get the wing correct as well

  • Use a gel or cream rather than a liquid or pencil. Use tape under the wing... There are many YouTube videos demonstrating this technique.

  • Try marking off the areas with tape, such as one slanted along your bottom eyelid to make a perfect edge and point.
