Does it hurt to let your feet "go" in the winter?

I tend to neglect my pedicures in the winter. All of my shoes in the winter are closed toes. Around early spring, I begin to work on getting my feet "done" again (polish, etc.). Is this good to skip a little, or bad because it takes a while to catch up for spring/summer?

    • No, I had heard that it would set your feet back if if you skipped, and I have heard that if you skip that it makes the next one better. I am not sure.

    • More difficult to get them back in the condition that they were in.

    • Oh I think if you just wash them scrub them and trim your nails it's ok.

  • I can't see how or why it would hurt?
