Companies tailor their products to what the consumer wants, if the consumer wants sheer clothes the company makes sheer clothes.
I wuold say that it depends on how the clothing is worn. But I do see where you are coming from. I have a little girl, and a sewing machine. Some of the clothes they make for kids these days, I wouldn't be comfortable wearing. So why would I send my 1 year old out in it?
I don't know what you mean by sheer clothes companies.
I know there are places like forever 21 that make sometimes more sheer or sexy clothes but that's target to girls 19-25, but it's cheap so a lot of younger girls shop there.
