Any ideas on how to lose weight around face area?

  • Eating your meats and veggies. Getting some casein protein for day use and some matchta powder tea for morning time. When you hit running 4+ miles a day you will have less than 15% body-fat. If you jumprope as well you will also be able to lose weight.

  • diet and exercise, but more on the diet. when people start eating healthier and fewer calories they tend to notice their face getting smaller first, this is general though, each person's body experiences it differently.

      Also I think doing muscular exercise like lifting once u get down to your base weight. It starts to shale your face a little like your chin and jaw
