Do you pay attention to what you eat and how it affects your skin?
As much as some people (and even doctors) might argue that foods don't affect your skin, every person is different. Experiment by cutting out greasy foods, dairy, meats, etc. from your diet for a week or two at a time and see what changes you notice in how you feel and how your skin/acne changes.
You can also try different soaps/washes/acne medications, they're not all created equal.
I think experimentation is probably your best bet... what works for one person may not work for another, everyones body works a little differently.
Just be sure to do your trials/experiments over a long enough of a time to see a change (if any), don't expect overnight results.0
