I hope the unit is lbs (I'm used to kg)... my weight is really stable at 136 lbs and is is about my ideal weight. When I become lighter I lose muscle powerk, when I grow heavier I gain belly fat.
But by doing sports and eating normally my weight is rock steady at that 136 mark :D

My ideal weight is 165 -170 lbs I am 178 lbs. Gained a little weight from all the summer food and bbq's that I have attended at friends.
I guess I would be a lot worse, if I was less active.
I would be happy around 155lbs
185-195 I guess... I'm in that range, but it's not well distributed and too much fat and too few muscles

For my height and body type, according to my doctor I would be healthiest between 115-125.
I'm 175 cm, I think that's 5'8 or 5'9 not sure, so 140-150 is ideal for me. I try not to stress that much over numbers, I focus on feeling good instead, eating healthy and working out.

This question is rather useless without size data. I am 134 lbs for 5'5" and that is perfect regarding BMI. My present fat content is 19%, which is low, but still healthy for a female.
