I work out every day, but don't want to wash my hair every day. what do I do?

  • Shower your body each day, but use dry shampoo instead? Or a little bit of talcum powder. Or put your hair up in a ponytail

      i do a pony tail or bun when i work out, but my head get soooo sweaty! maybe the dry shampoo! great idea! thankyou :)

  • Good, because you'll sit with a head full of STRAW by the end of the week if you had to wash it every day. I also work out every day, but my hair's health is MUCH more important to me than the opinions of others - especially with the goal of increasing its length. Don't worry about what people think. 👍

  • Nothing. Actually people wash their hair too much and every time remove the protective layer from it that keeps it soft and silky. Ever saw an animal wash his hair every day? And most of them have very soft and fluffy hair. So only wash it when it really looses shape or gets too dirty.
