I look really good in upper body mirrors, but when I look into a full-length mirror I look really unattractive because I look like a skinny stick with a small head. Is there something about full length mirrors that makes people look skinnier than they are or is this really how I look to people?
Why do I look so thin in full-length mirrors?

No I don't think it's how you look necessarily, it's makes you look at the WHOLE body together, so it puts everything into a certain perspective.0

That's your own perception. Most of the time people have a skewed perspective of themselves due to that fact they cannot see themselves from the outside from another person's viewpoint.0
