  • 50-51 kg,and I'm either 166,167 or 168 cm (f*** yeah,metric) I'd like to gain more weight,but mostly in muscle,i mean I love my body,i'm both slim and curvy,which is awesome to me,but I want to make my thighs and calves more proportional,my thighs are a bit too thin for my liking-i need more muscle.

    and,according you your BMI,you're underweight,but it doesn't really mean anything,you're 16,you're probably still filling out,the calculator is meant for adults,but still,if you are developed-i don't think you should lose more weight.

  • You're below your optimal body weight. You could stand to gain between 10-20 pounds. Chances are, while you think that you're too fat, everyone around you thinks that you look like a starving Ethiopian boy.

  • to go slimmer workout on empty stomach cardio mind u... oat meal in the morning avoid artificial carbs sweet fast food...salads and drink 8-10 glasses of water as it counts in -ve calories

  • I am 5'2 and 115 pounds. I workout a lot and muscle weighs more then fat. You shouldn't really pay attention to your weight or BMI. What you should do is go test your body fat composition. That will tell you how healthy or unhealthy you are, and that's what really matters right?

  • If you want to slim down it's up to you. But for your height I'd say you're at a perfect weight. I'm 5'4" and 125 lbs. But I work out and tone my body and I love my body. Guys usually aren't a fan of a toothpick. Trust me I work at a firehouse. I know what they look for.
