The men I know always wear ties... except one guy. He wears a bowtie every day. He has that Great Gatsby thing going for him - he's the only guy I have ever met who can pull a bowtie off! He's the very definition of dapper and I adore it. His outfits always have so much personality.

Tie, it's formal but I'd say that a bow tie look is more for the groom/father of the bride type wear.
I wear a bow tie all day every day.
My boyfriend always wears ties

I prefer just ties. Bow ties look funny and not a good funny.

I wear a tie always though I went to 2 outdoor weddings where a couple of guys wore no tie at all. Not sure it was "right" of them to do that.
I just wear a regular tie whenever I get dressed up. I'm sorry, but I hate bow ties (unless for a tuxedo).
I always wear a tie rather than a bow tie, at my graduation the only people who wore bow ties were two of the nerdy guys.
I usually go with a nice silk tie, unless otherwise told (i.e. if I'm in the wedding party and we have a certain theme).
That said, bow ties are cool. Very cool.
I always wear a tie.
Bow ties are old. Unless its a tuxedo t-shirt they are always cool.
