  • if you are just starting out, be careful with weights, you shouldn't do them every day. Your muscles need time to repair themselves, so only do them every second day. If you have never used gym equipment before, you should either take a class to learn how some of the machines work or ask someone at the front desk if there is a trainer there who could help you figure things out. You need to know how the machines work for safety reasons and also just because they can be extremely confusing to someone new to a gym.

  • tested and proven tip recently discovered by groundbreaking Chinese government research scientists;

    - eat less than you burn.

    It really is that f***ing simple. Run more, lower your calorific intake. None of these fancy diets or programmes.

  • If you are trying to lose weight, drink a lot of water, eat 5-7 small meals a day, do a lot of cardio and make sure resting times between exercises are short. All that will speed up your metabolism and help you burn more calories.

  • eat one gram of protein per 2 pounds of body weight and at least 50 grams of carbs a day.

    Your calorie intake should be about 2000 - 2300 cal a day.

    Run 20 minutes every day and add weight training to your work out routine.

    Eat every 3 hours so your metabolism will function properly.

    By doing that,you will lose fat and gain some muscle.Don`t exercise the same muscle group on 2 consecutive days though,that`s it

  • You can lose a lot of weight by lifting weights to ensure muscle recovery (one best ways in losing weight). Then do some cardio after.

    Constantly research using YouTube. It gives visual demonstrations on different routines and proper form. Very helpful

    Also proper diet goes a long way.
