I have no chance do I?

So there is a guy in a different part of the office that I kinda fancy and would like to get to know. Finally our paths crossed today at the punch in machine. He just looked at me, bit his lips together and motioned for me to cut. I looked and I was a few minutes early and said thanks, but I still had a few minutes to go (our office is very strict on taking the full amount to avoid overtime) and smiled big. He looked at me like I was crazy and then moved up so I only had the choice to walk away. Not a good sign right?

What Guys Said 1

  • It's a good sign. It seems like he's just shy in nature. Try hitting up a conversation with him next time.

    • Oh dear I thought I had given an opening line.

What Girls Said 1

  • He may have been overcompensating for the awkwardness. Don't be discouraged, girl! Talk to him some more.

    • overcompensating how and for what awkwardness?

    • you seem to think it was awkward, sorry if I misunderstood

    • It was after he looked at me like I was daft.
