So I have gorgeous grad shoes and they're like a size too big
I can't return them. they're not the strappy kind. is there something I can buy to put in the heal or something? I saw these gel heal inserts but are those just for comfort or can they take up some room? Most Helpful Girl
Get the gel inserts. They do take up room in shoes. If you get ones to go in the bottoms of the shoes, and ones to go in the heel, the it should take the shoes down about half a size.

Show me an image of the shoes and I'll put my shoemaker elf powers to work on an idea for a fix.

use heel grips or gel inserts. heel grips are tailored foam pieces you can put in and also ones to put in towards the bottom of your foot. if you go to a shoe specialty store, they most likely have them.
Stuff paper towels into the toe or heel, whichever will be easiest to hide, and most comfy.
is your graduation outside? because if it is, you shouldn't wear heals because they'll sink into the grass.
