For breakfast I had chocolate shakeology protein powder with almond milk , a scoop of peanut butter and raspberries all blended up into a smoothie and for lunch it was chicken breast and salad and supper was black bean, corn, avocado , tomato and buffalo chicken with ranch dressing salad. And a shit ton of water.0

I over slept today, so that bagel was my breakfast and lunch haha.
