Basically I just have chicken broth, celery, cucumber, and baby carrots. Can I just cook them all together? I want to get my veggies, but today I want them to be warm, I'm getting tired of eating them raw.
Sure can! Basis of some good soup. Add garlic, onion and potato (pre-cooked!) Bit of coriander, too. Either dried or fresh. I prefer my soup to be chunky, that is not put through a processor or blender.
