Those choices are all too high. I generally eat one full meal a day, and probably some snacks. Sometimes the snacks are as much as a light meal. I rarely eat two full meals in a day.

I used to eat 2 main meals and 1 snack but since being diagnosed with IBS my doctor told me to have 3 main meals and snack on some fruit and drink plenty of water. With the meds I'm on I have to make sure I eat the meals. The IBS had me feeling fuller so the meds help so I eat when I'm supposed to.

I've noticed with women, they might have one main meal and will snack on small stuff throughout the day. Like a Starbucks iced latte might count as a snack... for example.
3 meals , no snacks. Cos I'm stingy.

Like 3-4 with snacks. My meals are normally MASSIVE and my snacks are like small meals. Don't get the whole 0-2 meal thing. Sure if your like just sitting all day but like no. I guess it depends what time you wake up, got to sleep, etc. I really hope I'm not the only one here that gets yelled at for always being in the kitchen. 😆
I spread my meals over 5 portions, because its better for your metabolism. It helps burning fat and building muscle.
