Since I've gone on the food intolerance test I've had to give up gluten and all dairy products as well as lower my rice and corn intake... (And some other stuff I won't bore you with.) So... it has changed a lot, but I feel so much better for it now. =)1

It has a lot to do with circumstances - I have been working from home last few years and have more time to prepare food so I find myself eating more fresher and healthier food, I don't think it was a conscious change - An example is at work you would hit the vending machine for a chocolate bar, at home I reach for a piece of fruit.1
