What is the average amount of calories you consume in one day?

It's a simple question.

  • I don't mean to judge, but you need to eat more, girls are suppose to eat around 1800 calories a day. It's not healthy for you to eat so little.

    P. S. I currently eat between 4500 and 7000 calories a day, and it sucks! I have to literally force myself to eat because I won't be hungry at all. Like I'll take a bite than immediately drink juice or water to help swallow the food. Most of the time I don't even taste it.

    • Thank you. Yah, I know I need to eat more. But every time I eat, I get sick and nauseous. I've been to the doctor various times because of it and I've had multiple blood tests taken. I don't have any allergies or intolerances. Also, I always forget to eat because I'm not hungry or I'm too busy. Lol

    • No, not an infant. I'm just never hungry and I forget to eat because I'm so busy. Also, I get nauseous whenever I eat. I have a couple doctors trying to help me with my under eating.

    • I understand, I really don't trust my family either. I'm the black sheep and I find it hard to get along with anyone besides my younger brother. I've had go through everything on my own for most of my life.

      Only thing I can say is things aren't as bad as they seem. Try to focus on positive thoughts and make an attempt with your family even if you feel they're giving you the same love back

  • I've no idea, I don't count. Probably around 1500-2000 when I'm at uni and then around 3000 when I go home and get family meals. I slowly lose weight as I'm at uni and then put it back on over the holidays when I go home

  • I eat over 2000 a day, but I'm very active. I start the day with 30 minutes of cardio, I lift weights, and I finish my evenings after dinner with 45 minutes or so on the step mill.

    • I think it's bad if you do it to lose weight by eating as little as possible, but for atheletes its a very good way to ensure you're consuming enough.
