I don't mean to judge, but you need to eat more, girls are suppose to eat around 1800 calories a day. It's not healthy for you to eat so little.
P. S. I currently eat between 4500 and 7000 calories a day, and it sucks! I have to literally force myself to eat because I won't be hungry at all. Like I'll take a bite than immediately drink juice or water to help swallow the food. Most of the time I don't even taste it.
I've no idea, I don't count. Probably around 1500-2000 when I'm at uni and then around 3000 when I go home and get family meals. I slowly lose weight as I'm at uni and then put it back on over the holidays when I go home
I am 1.65m and 61 kg and I sport a lot. I need at least 2100 cal/day to maintain my physique and muscle mass. At present I am below 20% fat, so that is very OK for a female, even the minimum to be healthy.
