I've never heard of it until today.
Where are you from lady :)
Then it is so normal that you do not know what rakı is. It is an alcoholic beverage which is made by the distillation of grapes, apples or other fruits that sort. It is drunk generally in Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Germany and France. And maybe in the countries which are located between France and Germany such as Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland but I am not hundred percent sure.
Interesting. I might try it if I ever get the chance.
Do not forget to dilute it with drinkable water because its alcohol percentage is 45 :)
I rike yaki.
