Hmmm, as in french fries? I've never made them cut like those you made, BUT they look delicious. I've been making baked potato wedges lately. So damn good. Potatoes are life, so, I've made homemade mashed potatoes, twice baked potatoes, fries, wedges, cheese stuffed potato balls, hash browns, etc
Yes, I have, @Waffles731. I used to be the Chef of the Century but now, I Don't Do much Cooking. Oh, just Answered Another question for you, and Congrats on Editor here, dear. Good luck and Looks Good. xx
It's easy. You can also make good fried potatoes by boiling them for a few minutes (stop before you'd normally serve them as boiled) and then throwing them in a pot or pan with oil and browning up the outside a bit. I did that last night.
Or even better: get some little new potatoes, or chop up a big one. Throw into a pyrex dish. Toss with salt and pepper so they're coated. Stick in the oven at 200C for at least 30 minutes, until they are soft and crumbly. Give them a stir every now and then to stop them sticking.
Yes... but i tend to go overboard sometimes... adding all sorts of tasty stuff until it's no longer just fries... an usually I don't get any because my greedy little nieces and nephews get to them first lol. -.-
