Please help me to plan a 3 course meal (French)?

I've been asked to plan a 3 course menu that includes a starter, main course (that consists of ONE protein dish, ONE starch dish and ONE vegetable dish) and a dessert. The main course must be traditionally from France so Ratatouille has been chosen. Please can someone help me. thank you all*

    I'm just going to give you some options, but be sure and look up the recipes and watch some videos on Youtube or elsewhere to help guide you if you're more of a visual learner.

    Starter: Escargot, Niçoise salad, Mesclun Greens with Sherry Vinaigrette, or a Charcuterie Platter

    Main Course: Poulet Basquaise, Blanquette de Veau, Hachis Parmentier, Steak Tartare, or Cassoulet... starch and veg on the dishes that do not have them outright can be just about anything steamed, baked, broiled, boiled, grilled, etc.

    Dessert: Pots de Crème, Crème Brulee, Tarte Tatin, Creme Caramel, or Crepes with Warm Fruit

  • Starter : Salade niçoise
    Protein dish : Cassoulet, Choucroute, Tartiflette... These have A LOT of meat in them
    Dessert : Fondant au chocolat, tarte tatin... These are tasty
