For breakfast I'll eat something small and simple, like a waffle or granola bar. Sometimes I don't have breakfast. On weekends I'll usually have cereal and a fruit, or something similar.
For lunch I have cafeteria food, so it varies every day. It is hot food with a side of a fruit of some sort, like raisins, peaches, or apples.
For dinner I eat something different each night. Something normal like noodles, pizza, soup, hot dogs, etc. But with healthy things too, like spinach, carrots, bread, etc.2

Breakfast, bagels, oatmeal or toast. Lunch, sandwich, chips, cookies. Dinner, 3 vegetables, a grain, meat and maybe a desert.1
