  • Ingredients- Foods: Whole grain pasta, less dairy: no cheddar, jack, or german cheeses (Muenster, Blue, Brie, etc.), always use olive oil never butter, more fish, artichokes, tomatoes, spinach over lettuce, quinoa instead of rice.

    Ingredients- Spices: Basil (fresh), Oregano, Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary, Bay Leaves, Sage, Fennel, Mint, and Dill, as well as White, Red, and Black peppers.

    Preparation- Never, ever fry.

  • Its basic nuts/fruit and meats mostly. They also have red wine but I see you're under age. You can google one!
