150-160 pounds is a good decent weight for uloose around 20-30 pounds
boi just go to the gym and eat right nothin fatty try losin 15 because you tell
around that. but if you want to bulk up then maybe 20 and turn the rest to muscle(if you have time please answer my question, thanks)
