What exercises work fast for losing stomach and leg fat?

I'm going to get a gym membership... but what things should I use?

  • your body decides how he distributes fat in your body. you canĀ“t influence it. you can only build muscle in certain areas but nut burn fat in certain areas... so your best guess is: build muscles (all of them not just in the areas you want to lose the fat) and do cardio a lot.

  • Actually weight training is optimal as it burns more energy even when you stop then cardio.
    There's no way to remove fat from certain parts of the body, lol or the gym would probably have people with no stomachs but flabby arms lol

  • Good job getting a gym membership! Go to bodybuilding. com and read everything, as a lady follow Jamie Easton's advice--she's legit af.

    Losing body fat is all about diet, being at a caloric deficit. Cardio helps with that obviously, do HIIT cardio as it's by far most effective. You can't spot reduction (only lose "leg fat", you have to lose body fat throughout your entire body holistically.

    Good luck! lift heavy, eat clean, and do HIIT.

  • Well you need to do a lot of varied exercises that exercise multiple sets of muscles. Go look at this website. Pay careful attention to doing "Bursts of high intensity exercises" vs long exercises. It makes a lot of difference in fat reduction. Don't buy his system but look at his video and read his stuff. He has the right idea.

  • The only way to lose fat is to lose it overall. There is no way to target fat loss without liposuction. Cardio is your best bet on fat loss with muscle training for specific areas.
