I know that rice is seasoned with vineager, salt, and sugar, but I don't know exactly how the other things such as, avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, etc. get seasoned. Is putting only salt, enough? In fact, I'm not even sure if those things get seasoned because on video tutorials I've seen on how to make sushi, they don't show us all the seasoning. They only show us the elements cut and ready to stack on the rice and seaweed.
How do you season the stuff you put on sushi?
