  • Keep yourself busy. If you overthink and worry it becomes like a traffic jam. Consider activities like a road crew clearing debris in the highway. If you overthink of how to get it out of the way, your thoughts will begin running into each other and inflaming ideas that may exacerbate a problem more than it needs to. Exercise, do a hobby, hang out with friends, anything that will help organize your thoughts by releasing endorphins to relax and let the traffic of thoughts flow.
