I always thought this...
Have an opinion?
Not me. Damn you from the city? Just a plain pervert?
lulz when someone from like 4000 bc saw a cow... is his first thought to squeeze its udders and then once milk comes out, drink it? how did someone figure it out...
It's always been that way.
im from a suburb of a major city, do you count that as from the city?
Yep. I'm in the country
humans knew the purpose of breasts because of our own biology... so therefore doesn't take a genius to work out that cows breasts are filled with milk
but the milk comes out of the cows udder
which is the equivalent of breasts
Who was the first person who got so angry at someone that he put up his middle finger and just went "GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR"?
It seems obvious to me. "We get milk from humans, let's get it from cows too."I'm more puzzled by how people figured out how to bread from grain.
*how to MAKE bread from grain.
Obviously, people saw baby cows drinking.
if they saw baby cows drinking, they would have drank from their mothers, not the cows mothers...
maybe it was a result of seeing baby cows drink from them and not dying
even early humans were smart enough to figure out what another animal eats is not what you eat... why do you think they figured out farming?
we figured out farming because it gives us one location to produce food on and on a much larger scale than was otherwise possible. not related to the rest of what you're saying.we eat many things that animals eat. some of us didn't. they died. thats how evolution works.
Because human milk is tasty (I know, it sounds strange, but everyone who tasted his pregnant girlfriend's/wife's milk would probably agree with that) but both for practical as well as social reasons, early humans couldn't turn women into milk-donating slaves that feed the rest of the society. Since cows are big and thus give away a lot of milk, it was an easy decision to go for cows instead. And you should also remember that cows weren't the non-plus-ultra everywhere in the world. Many regions in the world are rather unfamiliar with cows, so they instead went for sheep, goat, camel or yak milk, which is all also very tasty (I personally only tried sheep and goat milk but I liked it a lot).
do you not have biology in school?
when they saw the baby cow drinking from the cow udder, how did they know it was milk?
who cares what word they had for it? what matters is that it was something you could drink.
are you trolling?
biology is next year @OnionsNstuff, this year its physical science then next year bio then year after its chem
it doesn't matter what word they have for it... how did they know that when they saw the baby cow drinking from the mommy cow, that it would be more or less effective than drinking from the same species. who said women were milk slaves... children stopped drinking milk after infancy
i never enjoyed a particularly good education but when i was 13 all of these things were common sense to me.. i can't believe you're being serious about any of this
