irrationality is just a description of a behaviour a lot of people don't fully understand. in fact a lot of behaviours can't always be explained. i believe in the facts that are available, and i believe that there are many things we have not yet found explanations for.
as for having faith in a greater being.. well just look at history. what happened to all the people that believed in zeus and thor? they were just as convinced about their god as today's people are about their own.
