Which degree and what kind of job to do those things?

• Educate people about things like birth control or human/women's/LGBT rights
• Help people who are suffering (LGBT, rape/abuse survivors, POC, everyone who needs a place)
• Also get a decent wage

    If you can, get involved directly. Volunteer or work as a recruiter for an NGO. Should be valuable experience, plus you can ask your superiors advice on what to study.

  • You are most likely looking at being part of the faculty at a universe or liberal arts college. Besides that, there is some options for employment in sensitivity/diversity training companies and departments.

  • Social work is probably a good fit for those but I doubt they're paid well.

    Clinical psychology or psychiatry might be your next best option.
