Anybody in the middle of exam season? Give me tips on how you cope and some suggestions?

  • Just do your best - Don't overthink things - Study , do exams - Don't worry about exams gone by, you can't change them - Get good sleep, eat well - Have a bit of fun to clear your mind now and again - It will be over in a few days.

    Are you asking for coping mechanisms on dealing with the stress because of exams coming up?
    Or suggestions on how to study?

  • Personally what I do, I revise by sticking flash cards all over my room so everytime I look at them I state what they mean and what can relate to it. And to refresh myself on Saturday and Sunday I have a little me time before starting again Monday to Friday x
