  • I can only speak for my relationship with my husband @gray_sailor

We hold hands all the time. When ever we are walking, he reaches for my hand. When we are driving, he reaches for my hand. We even hold hands while lying in bed. We love holding hands and touching each other. We are very physical with each other. It definitely adds to our bonding together as husband and wife. Touching is a very powerful thing. Reaching for my hands, without words, tells me he's thinking of me, that he wants to be near. The act of reaching for my hand makes me feel loved and protected. I feel cared for. The fact that holding hands evokes these feelings makes our bond stronger.
