I dont mean exercise as in "running that mouth" or "working those arms when changing the channel or opening the refrigerator door back and forth"... Lets not be funny people.
I just exercised yesterday and it felt great. Im getting myself back into the habit because I admit I took a break while in school.

Where do you stand in the chart? Where do you want to be?
As of lately, I'm looking like a mix of 25-26% from chart 1 and 35% from chart 2. I've gained so much. I weigh like 175 now. That is absolutely horrible. I want to get down to 125 pounds... Basically like 17-18% in chart 1 and 20-22% in chart 2.

I'm a fitness freak. I lift 6 times a week and do cardio and abs every other day no matter what even while going to school + working full time. I only workout for about an hour to 90 minutes total per day but I'm very dedicated. It also helps that I thoroughly enjoy it.1

I do a home workout every other day, and I sometimes (1-4 times a week) go for a very long walk, but that's it. I walk combined 30-40 minutes a day to and from the bus though, so It's not like I do nothing, but it could be better. On chart number 1 I am maybe 25-26& where I should be 17-18%, but that'll come. On chart 2 I think Im a mix between 25-30%
Im working on it, but weight loss takes time.1
