I am going to the beach today around 3 P. M. Can I still be able to get a tan at that time since the sun is the strongest from 10-2 P. M?

Depends on the pigment in your skin.0
In the summer the sun doesn't completely set until around 9/10pm.
Fun Fact: In the UK's Summer the sun never completely sets.
Yes but it's better to get the morning one like 10 am. Less UV
Yes. Still strong.
I can't say because i don't know from where are you from? In here strongest sun is at 1 to 2 PM... We rarely see the sun... It now -14 degree Celsius here now...
Assuming you're somewhere like Florida right now, yes definitely. A few years ago I went on vacation in Florida and the first day, I went to the beach. Since it was like 4pm and cloudy, I didn't wear sunscreen. I got a VERY bad sunburn.
Yeah, you can. It's actually better, healthier, cause the sun won't burn you as much.
Yes it is. Yes you can. Wear sunscreen
You'll get enough tan from the sun! Don't worry!
